Which is in greater disarray at this moment, Tennessee football or the Knox County Commission?

I do think that Scoobie would be a great name for a tailback, and I’m thinking that Lumpy is more of a defensive tackle. But then again, those guys would probably be more of a cancer than Kelley Washington.
