Why not?

The long break that the basketball team has right now is absolutely killing me. I love watching those guys play, and I just can't get enough when they're playing well.

Some people might think that it's absolutely ludicrous to predict that the Vols will go undefeated in conference play. I'm not one of those people. I believe that the Vols are the best team in the conference, and because they have shown that they can go on the road and compete and win, even when they haven't played their absolute best, I believe that they can and should win every game on their conference schedule.

Is it likely? Maybe not. Is it possible? Certainly.

Look, if the New England Patriots can go 16-0 in the NFL, which is a league that has great parity every year, so much so that there has only been one other team in its history that has won every regular season game, then certainly the Big Orange can duplicate that feat.

The toughest games will be at Vandy and at Florida.

If I had to predict, I'd put my money on 14-2, barring injuries. But 16-0 is not out of the mix. Not by a long shot.
